Dave is originally from Northeastern Pennsylvania. After graduating from Lakeland High School, Dave attended Shippensburg University of PA and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. Dave served his community as a teacher for ten years before making a career change and joining Northwestern Mutual to work in financial services. Dave joined The McCormick Group in 2014 and is the Chief Operating Officer and an Associate Wealth Management Advisor on the team. He handles the majority of the investment operations for The McCormick Group and also meets with clients to work on their comprehensive plans. Dave enjoys helping families and local business owners to achieve financial security. He holds his Series 7 and 63 registrations and his Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health insurance licenses.

Dave lives in York County, with his wife, Sharon, and their two children Alaina and Nathan. In his free time Dave enjoys playing basketball, gardening, mountain biking, golfing, and anything else that gets him outside.

Kelly first joined The McCormick Group as an Executive Assistant in 2020. She had previously gained experience in the financial industry in her former role as a case manager for a life insurance firm. At The McCormick Group, Kelly’s goal is to keep the team running efficiently so that clients can have the best possible experience. In order to better serve clients Kelly earned her state life & health insurance license which led to her promotion to the team’s Insurance Operations Associate in 2021. Kelly’s favorite part of working for The McCormick Group is her ability to make a difference in the lives of their clients. She lives her life by the Maya Angelou quote, “Try to be a rainbow in someone else’s cloud."

Kelly lives in York, PA with her husband Michael and their five children, plus the family pets - two dogs and a cat. They enjoy camping, fishing, and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins.

Patty joined The McCormick group as the team’s Executive Assistant in 2021. Patty has a degree in Business Management and prior to joining The McCormick Group served as VP of Operations for a local technology sales firm. In her role as Executive Assistant, Patty strives to keep things at The McCormick Group running smoothly for both her team and their clients.

Patty resides in Stewartstown, PA and enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters. Patty gives back to her community by serving as an officer for the Eureka Volunteer Fire Company Auxiliary. Her other hobbies include gardening, walking, and baking.

Alex was born and raised in Columbia, Pennsylvania where he attended Lancaster Catholic High School.  After graduation, he attended York College and joined Northwestern Mutual in 2011.  Alex has worked in the planning arena since joining Northwestern Mutual and brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience to The McCormick Group team.   Alex is the Director of Planning & Investments for The McCormick Group and is an associate Wealth Management Advisor.  He holds his Series 7 and 63 registrations as well as his Pennsylvania Life, Accident and Health Insurance Licenses.

Alex enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid Notre Dame football fan. 

Hunter is originally from Northeastern Pennsylvania. After working as an Operations Supervisor at UPS for two years, Hunter pursued his dreams of working in financial services. Hunter has been very interested in the financial markets from a very young age. Hunter quickly obtained his Series 7, and 63, as well as his Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health Insurance licenses. Hunter joined the McCormick Group in November 2023 as a Financial Planning Specialist, where his main role is to create comprehensive financial plans for our clients, as well as act as a service advisor for our clients. Hunter is excited to learn and grow in the industry alongside our founder, Matthew McCormick.

Hunter and his girlfriend live together in Hagerstown, MD.

Nathan is originally from Shrewsbury Pennsylvania.  After graduating from Susquehannock High School, Nathan attended The Pennsylvania State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a minor in Political Science.  Nathan found Northwestern Mutual as an intern in 2018 and started his full-time career as an advisor in 2019. After several years of working closely with The McCormick Group, Nathan decided to officially join the team as a Lead Advisor in 2024. Nathan’s primary role on The McCormick Group is meeting with clients to uncover their dreams, aspirations, and situation to help them best achieve financial security. Nathan has earned his Certified Financial Planner designation as well as his Chartered Financial Consultant designation. When Nathan isn’t working, he enjoys hiking or playing a round of golf.  He lives in York County with his wife Megan.

Jeremy was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland with his parents and younger brother. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and joined The McCormick Group in 2024.  Jeremy has worked in the financial planning arena since his senior year in college and is looking forward to gaining more knowledge and experience. Jeremy is the  Operations Assistant for The McCormick Group. He holds his Series 7 registrations as well as his Life, Accident and Health Insurance License.

Jeremy enjoys spending time with his friends and is an avid Ravens, Orioles, and Badger fan.
